We are an administrative assistant (cemetery management, public sector) currently being established and are looking for cemetery management software. An application has been submitted for a church (located in another city) to be used as an urn cemetery (columbarium).

We prefer a solution that meets the following requirements:

  • Management of approx. 2,000 urn spaces
  • Document management system
  • Fee module
  • Password-protected access for funeral homes (only to certain areas of the content)
  • Event and funeral calendar
  • Freedom to customize the site plan (urn compartments, grave niches)
  • Local data storage
  • No cloud-based solution
  • Compatible with Mac OS X operating system would be preferable, but MS Windows is also acceptable

A maximum of two software workstations are planned.
