We are an academy for continuing education and are looking for seminar management software.

We have the following requirements for the solution:

  • Compatible with the TYPO3 content management system and the ability to transfer customer data to Daylite (CRM software for Mac)
  • Different price categories for each participant group (private or corporate customers) and the option to set quotas for the different participant groups per course (e.g., 10 places for corporations, 5 places for private individuals)
  • The booking form offers various payment options and automatic processing of the desired invoicing
  • Payment reminders, cancellations, and chargebacks possible
  • Marketing tools (emails, changes, booking confirmations, creation of email templates, reminders, automatic sending of certificates) available
  • Desired participant management (access to participant data, registrations, cancellations, and rebookings, booking and billing history for each participant, entire communication history at a glance)
  • Professional documents in our corporate design (create and send standard documents such as registration confirmations, participant lists, certificates, and invoices after setup) possible
  • Tracking, analyses, reports possible, e.g., financial overview (sales and statistics on revenue)
  • As inexpensive as possible, as we are a small organization (5 employees)
  • Home office compatibility would be advantageous
  • Mac OS compatible
