Dipl.-Ing. Joachim Fritsche can draw on his experience in furnace construction for calculations and the use of refractory and thermal insulation materials. He has also worked as a sworn expert for "industrial furnaces and refractory technology."
His son Lutz Fritsche contributes his knowledge from his full-time job as a software developer at a large software company in Frankfurt. For this reason, the company was renamed "Fritsche & Sohn" with the suffix "f-soft" in 1999.
Originally, programs for heat transfer, combustion (including condensation) and the design of blast furnace wind heaters (with temperature curve in the charge) were developed in the DOS operating system.
With the switch from WINDOWS, the company has concentrated on heat transfer.
