With Rental & Service, applabs offers a complete industry package for the rental of industrial trucks and construction machinery. The software is based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV. All business processes from purchasing and sales, rental and service are integrated in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The industry software manages all resources and checks their availability. The software enables you to achieve a high level of planning reliability.
The software maps all processes related to equipment rental. At the push of a button you have all important overviews for orders, availabilities and of course also about the revenues. Design the rental prices via the flexible tariff management (operating hours, fixed prices, days ...). The integrated asset accounting supports you in the calculation. An equipment card provides information about the current book value. The rent can be settled periodically. Rental interruptions can be mapped as well as the display of already expired rentals.
The software automatically determines inspection and maintenance dates. A graphical planning board can be used to schedule customer service staff, display absence times and assign orders to (even several) fitters using drag & drop.
For the trade division, the system can map new and used equipment as well as spare parts. Spare parts inventory management is also supported by the software, and ordering processes can be triggered automatically.
Evaluation functions are available for all essential processes (orders, equipment availability, invoicing, payments, customers, etc.).
Via the Fleet & Service module, field service employees can receive, process and report back their service orders via smartphones, tablets, etc.
Various interfaces are available for the most diverse connections, including e.g. to LiftFinder, TVH, NACCO.
