Simulation Software

Simulation software uses mathematical models to recreate the behavior of an actual phenomenon, for example in accident reconstruction. With the help of software for business process simulation, the costs, availability and delivery capability of business processes become manageable and can be planned accordingly in a forward-looking and sustainable manner. In order to simulate the behavior of actual electronic devices or circuits, electronic simulation software also makes use of mathematical models.

The simulation software listed here enables the simulation of processes e.g. in logistics, manufacturing and production with the aim of planning and optimizing the corresponding processes ("process simulation"). Classic examples would be simulation software for people movements or for machine controls.
