VETO is a tool for using text blocks (aka AutoText) to generate treaties, wordings and complex letters in a comfortable and safe way.

You define individual text blocks (or import them). The text blocks can include tables, graphics etc. You model the structures you need: where are text blocks added, which blocks are obligatory or optionally.

The end user selects the appropriate structure and a dynamic assistent leads through the creation of a finalized document, which can be exported to Word.
