The free web service Oxygen.next allows to implement digital signage networks of any size, e.g. for instore TV (television in stores, restaurants, fitness centers etc.).

Upon his registration the user downloads the required software and installs it on a computer of his choice. The TV program is then created via a browser-based content management system.
