MailStore Server permanently and securely stores all company emails in a central archive. MailStore combines powerful and sophisticated technology with easy operation and low costs.
Gain complete control over all emails
Once installed, MailStore creates perfect copies of all emails from all mailboxes, programs and files and stores them in the archive with a click of the mouse. If desired, MailStore can also archive all emails automatically upon sending or receiving. MailStore supports the following:
- Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, 2007 und 2010
- Any email server using IMAP or POP3
- Outlook, Thunderbird and other email applications
- PST, MSG, and EML files
For any amount of data – even without a SQL Server
MailStore Server uses scalable, high-performance storage technology; it can easily process even large amounts of data and serve companies with over 1,000 mailboxes and users without reaching any limits of performance or capacity.

MailStore provides a high performance search function allowing users to browse millions of emails and file attachments (all file types) without any notable time delay. There are several different ways users can access the archive:

The end-user components (Outlook Add-in and Web Access) are available in these languages: German, Dutch, English, French, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish and Chinese (simplified and traditional).
No one way street
MailStore Server is not a one way street: archived emails can be exported from the archive at any time. By using one of the many export functions and formats provided by MailStore, your business’s independence - even from MailStore itself - is ensured for years to come. Restoring a backup in the event of damage or loss is a very costly and time-consuming process, especially when dealing with large amounts of data. From the archive, on the other hand, the emails of entire mailboxes can be restored with a click of the mouse. Should the email server fail, emails remain fully accessible via the archive as well.
