LogControl-WHM is a powerful standard software designed to meet sophisticated warehouse management requirements in industry, trade and services. Due to our experience - since 1990 we offer logistics consulting and software - we pursue a holistic solution approach. The material flow is continuously tracked throughout the logistic processes: Follow up of goods from receipt to commissioning to route optimisation to despatch with track-and-trace to the customer.

A complemental portfolio, e. g. inventory control or process control, extends the manifold functionality. New demands can be realised flexibly or we programme additional functions if required. As well we offer comprehensive service concepts.

LogControl-WHM provides more than data only

• From receipt-based to voucherless warehouses, via wireless data transmission or forklift control system operated warehouses
• From manual storing to automated storing with up to four-deep storing
• Supplemented with many special functions for (third-party) logistics service provider like administration of clients (mandates), storage charges or event-triggered e-mails

Our order-based process control gives you high flexibility. You map your order types with your individual logistic processes. Export orders are for example sent directly to the pick-up area, self-collectors skip the packing zone.

As independent systems integrator we consult you by choosing additional systems to complete your environment. We can plan and realise your complete logistics project as prime contractor. Stock only as much as you need

Elaborate controlling functions are an integral part of a warehouse management software's effectiveness. LogControl-SLO+, a complementing module, analyses in- and outgoing movements, stock etc. for any time period.
Quickly and precisely it uncovers insufficient service levels, risk and saving potentials (dead stock, slow and fast movers) and helps you reducing your logistic expenses systematically.

Safety for your obligations

To ensure reliability and access security we use power-scaleable hardware, firewalls, encrypted data transmission. Processes and transactions are saved with event protocols for tracking.

LogControl-WHC offers to the store manager important results for monitoring and optimising of the processes:

LogControl-WHI offers verified statistical sampling procedures, e. g. according to ABC-stratification, in addition to all common stock taking methods. LogControlâ-WHI can minimise stock taking efforts by 90%.

LogControl-DPM (Dispatch and Parcellabel Module)

LogControl-DPM takes over dispatch management with serial numbers (routing labels for UPS, GLS, fright forwarder; individual vouchers, CMR-way-bill, delivery notes).
