JTheseus is a Web-based CRM solution, which is implemented in the internet browser and there is no installation needed on the client side. JTheseus is outstanding and suitable for the location-spreading or international employment. JTheseus integrates all sorts of communication like telephone, e-mail, fax, letters and Internet. Incoming calls are automatically identified and the window with the information about the customer and all contacts associated with him will be automatically opened. An option called Powerdialer is available too.

The Tesla is Business partner of the Deutsche Telekom AG and JTheseus is selled by the Telekom as own product under the name CRM Compact Sales Support.
