The software InterCall is designed for the billing of phone calls in call shops and other similar locations. The software has a simple, modern and easy to use user interface the scale of which can be adapted to the requirements of the user.
Various users and user groups with different rights can be created, so that certain functions of the software will only be accessable to certain users (e.g. viewing the statistics, changing prices etc.).
TK-systems can be integrated with ease via the configuration manager. Depending on the system you are using, phones or cabins can be blocked.
The software supports different models of price lists. A "purchase/selling price" price list that allows an exact control of all your costs and revenues. For your overview all new zones and higher prices will be displayed in red after uploading an altered price list.
In the extended price list you can enter prices depending on the time just as well as the duration of the phone call. The charges can, if you wish, also be rounded to the next 5 or 10.
For each telephone you can define different basic settings like for example the usage charge or which numbers shall be free of charge.
Fax and the phone at the till/administrator's desk can also be billed via the software. To this end e.g. for the administrator's desk, you can allow private use in the software.
A fast and simple price information allows you to answer your customers' questions on the spot and precisely. The statistic helps you to keep ahead of your revenue and developments, e.g. which zone is the most popular.
