Version: 2.2
Paper-bound business processes require the transfer and archiving of physical documents. The costs for printing, enveloping, postage and storage, for example, are immense. However, when supported by a corresponding regulatory framework, the electronic signature now enables such processes to be completed without paper both in business and administration, and in so doing offers considerable savings potential.
The electronic signature verifies both the identity of the signatory and the integrity of the invoice itself – therefore making it impossible to manipulate documents without being noticed.
The modular principle / Integration in existing systems
Combine the desired functions (Sign, Time stamp, Verify, Encrypt and Send, etc) as you wish in accordance with your individual processes. The processes can be run in parallel and easily administered via a simple and convenient user interface.
The integration is ensured via directories, an advanced programming interface (API), connectors (e.g. SMTP) and integration servers.
