All functions from the registration of the application through cost and finance calculations to authorisation and payment are placed at the fingertips of your staff immediately and without unnecessary complexity.

ABAKUS manages applications for economic support on a large scale. It may be adjusted to your requirements by using its sophisticated modular principle. All common subsidising measures are
included in the system. The possibility to use both, a double-entry bookkeeping and a simple entry bookkeeping, the flexible generation of statistics and the controlling of subsidies by using SAP

ABAKUS is based on SAP R/3® technology. The various user interfaces support SAP standard

development agencies for many years now. A partnership of at present 8 institutes has entrusted
IKOR Financials with the technical support and development of the system under an agency
