The archiving locks the document and prohibits further changes, so that it is filed unalterable and revision-secure.

Our export manager offers a high protection of investment, because the possibility exists to pass documents and database information on to other systems.

We offer an automatically email archive according to different exchange rules. You are able to file incoming emails before they are distributed to the employees.

Furthermore we offer a workflow for incoming and outcoming vouchers. Vouchers are automatically detected and imported through the Multi Connector interface. Informations like supplier, voucher number or subtotal can be utilized for additional workflow processes.
