It automatically detects the nearest cell phone operator using your SIM card, and the parameters stored in the database to do the rest.

Supports 3G Networks for Pocket PC
Connect to the Internet on your Pocket PC in a single click. If the 3G network isn't available, Pocket Connection Manager defaults automatically to a GPRS or GSM backup. You can even configure which applications launch automatically on connection, whether it's Pocket Outlook, MSN Messenger or Internet Explorer.
