• Form fill
  This new functionality allows the user to fill, edit, save, display and print data in form fields. It also enables users to reduce bandwidth by importing and exporting form data (FDF data) without having to send the original PDF form. Use JavaScript to quickly and easily add logic and automated document intelligence to calculate field values automatically.
• Page manipulation tools
  Easily insert, extract, delete, rotate, and re-order pages. Create/edit bookmarks for easy page navigation. Use the Finish Document Wizard, which gives users a clear step-by-step guide to producing a final PDF file.
• View and Print PDF files
  Open, view and print PDF files. Navigation options include the use of bookmarks, a page view of the document for thumbnail-driven navigation, or the use of document hyperlinks. By using Jaws PDF Editor as the default PDF viewer in Internet Explorer, you can also use the editing tools when viewing PDF files from the web.
• Annotate with comments
  Built-in, powerful commenting capabilities power the use of PDF in workflows. Review and approval become quick and easy. Create and save comments directly in the PDF file. Add "sticky note" comments or highlight, strikeout and underline text. All comment types optionally have a pop-up comment window into which you can type additional information. Users can import and export comments. Users can list and sort by caption, type, date or page to check and change properties, as well as hide comments.

  To secure files, Jaws PDF Editor uses 128-bit encryption in the BSAFE library from RSA Corporation.
