ABAKUS is an SAP®-based system for managing and awarding public grants, which supports you at every stage in the processing of an application for such support. All functions from the registration of the application through cost and finance calculations to authorisation and payment are placed at the fingertips of your staff immediately and without unnecessary complexity.

ABAKUS manages applications for economic support on a large scale. It may be adjusted to your requirements by using its sophisticated modular principle. All common subsidising measures are
included in the system. The possibility to use both, a double-entry bookkeeping and a simple entry bookkeeping, the flexible generation of statistics and the controlling of subsidies by using SAP
NetWeaverTM BI keep your institute fit for future requirements. We support you with structural and organizational consulting. We improve the processes and ensure the efficiency of your organization by
providing you with tailor-made solutions.

ABAKUS is based on SAP R/3® technology. The various user interfaces support SAP standard
functions, special ABAKUS functions, as well as customised add-ons, whereby the focus is always on the accurate presentation of your workflows.

ABAKUS has been successfully in service in various federal states in Germany and their
development agencies for many years now. A partnership of at present 8 institutes has entrusted
IKOR Financials with the technical support and development of the system under an agency
contract.
