d.vinci gives you full control over your entire application process. It is an Internet-/intranet-based system that enables you to see the current status of every individual application on the screen. This summary is the heart of the system. Mouse clicks are all that are needed for you to access every individual document and to make the process transparent through various stages. Applicant documents with photo, attachments and an automatically guided reporting sheet for every individual application with all the activities and links. An e-assessment module enables the effective combination of advertisements, applicants and staff and improves pre-selection. Invitations, rejections or other documents are produced and automatically sent in the form of e-mails or printed out as Word documents. Positions advertised are managed professionally. It goes without saying that it is simple for you to produce, archive and forward / place advertisements to the Internet or with appropriate job exchanges by pressing keys. The advertisement in the Internet is also activated or deactivated (when the position has been filled successfully) at the press of a button. You offer your applicant an easily handled, clear system, with which he can apply directly in the Internet or send his CV as an electronic document. Original documents received by post can be scanned directly by a scanner and then be processed automatically. All the documents are stored in a relational database, so that you can access extensive information about the success of a campaign, filed job descriptions and applicant profiles at any time. The modular structure facilitates adaptation to individual structures and enables the system to grow in line with your requirements. Access and processing rights can be granted individually in order to protect sensitive applicant data against unauthorised access. Firewalls and SSL coding guarantee additional security.
